"Tryed to call premier since 5/17/22 when my family all had CoVID 19. I called and called and NO one answeredthe phone. I was on hold for at least 35 - 40 minutes every time i called. Finally on Momday 5/23/22 someone called me to confirm an appt. for next Tues that had to be rescheduled since the practitioner was no longer there. Ttryed to call to let them what our covid test results and again on hold for 36 min. Have now changed daughters PCP. enough on hold."

"I highly recommend both YAI and Premier Healthcare. Very nice place to work. Unfortunately I had a bad experience with my supervisor. It's a shame because it was a couple of blocks from where I live. My supervisor looked for reasons to pick on me. Granted I was only there a month and I was still learning. I got so sick from being embarrassed and picked on every day I had a seizure. The stress and sleep deprivation from worrying about if I was going to get yelled at or not was a very unpleasant experience. I enjoyed working at the Bayside location for Premier Healthcare."
