"Horrible. Don't waste your time. I signed in and waited for about 15 minutes before given paper work to fill out. Total wait was over and hour before I gave up and walked out. Waiting room poorly ventilated and not enough seats for people to sit. Everyone coughing in the room without an air purifier or a breeze. If you weren't sick before you will be after you visit. As I left the front desk girl asked herself, why is Emily taking patients if she doesn't have any room in her schedule. Great question."

"This office personnel is lacking professionalism as well as any common sense. First time there, waited 20 minutes to be asked when was I last there. After correcting them, was given the new patience intake forms. They promptly verified that I indeed had insurance and made me wait another 20 minutes to ask me again why was I there. Now, I'm repeating myself again and was told that Dr. Noel just left! Well that's great! The correct thing for them to had done was to notify me of this fact before making me wait over 40 minutes for nothing. Mine you, I personally had reconfirmed this appointment this morning! Needless to say, I was highly upset. Please do not waste your time, your peace of mind nor your money on this Doctors United Practice in Yonkers.. They are rude to the point of being condescending with no merit whatsoever. My actual review is a NEGATIVE STAR across the broad!!"
