"Don't know why this has so many bad reviews, when going to the doctor one should already know that the appointment is to assure that you'll be seen for the day, not that you'll be seen at the exact time of your appointment. We're all adults and we should know that by now. Anyways my appointment was at 8:30 am, I had the procedure done at around 11ish?. The facility was super clean, the staff was amazing, from the receptionists, to the nurses, to the doctors, everyone was great. I was nervous as it was my first time but everything went great. I especially would like to thank Simone the nurse because she took great care of me, she made me feel more at ease and comfortable and treated me like a long time friend or a family member. The doctors were great and attentive like I already mentioned, the staff went above and beyond. Overall would definitely recommend this place to anybody I know and will definitely be coming here to get any future related procedures done."

"Maybe two years ago this place was great but wth. My grandma had an appointment at 1:30pm. They took her in at 3:30pm AND DIDN’T START THE PROCEDURE UNTIL around 5:15pm. Ridiculous. She had to be fasted for so long. I understand people get fall behind but if that’s the case then you need to have less patients in a day. Not only did it take forever but they close at 5pm and expected me to sign her out and pick her up at 6pm. There is no receptionist or anyone attending the front. I had to bang on the door since it was locked and the CLEANING LADY opened up for me. If not for her, would I have gotten my grandmother or signed her out at all? I’m still waiting for her to come out. You guys need to reevaluate what you can and can’t see. Seriously."
