"Fuming with this clinic (137th street)! Open only 3 days a week, have to wait for them to answer phone calls, wait for appointments to be given, over 3 months wait, doesn't fill prescription in a timely manner, and they promote themselves as a caring place!!"

"i have been going to the dentist here for about 10 yrs or more. My recent visit my dentist Dr. Dai was not there, so i was assisted by a DA and another Dentist Dr. Reyes. I never in the years that i have been coming her have experienced such baddddd quality to service. It got to the point where they both asked me why i am asking questions..As a patient i am entitled to a right to be heard especially when you want to withheld a procedure on me. I walked in as an emergency, because i had a really had pain to cold and needed a filling and i always walk in because i do have a conflicting work schedule i try not to promise myself to days. But this dentist is extremely rude, she asked me what filling did i need? i said well you are the doctor i don't know which one is worse than the other. Her DA also was rude, my whole walk in appointment was the worse experience. I work at a dental clinic and i particularly come here because of how great it is. No more if it isn't with my doctor, Dr. Dai then i rather not be assisted."
