"Dr. Caronia is the worst. I went in complaining of a swollen throat for 2 weeks. He came in for literally 30 seconds, said I’m fine, and gave me NO suggestions for relief. I had to ask for a Motrin prescription MYSELF. I went to another urgent care 2 days later and that doctor prescribed me a z pack. He told me that he didn’t know what kind of quack I saw at City MD, but he should’ve never let me leave without a z pack because a swollen throat for 2 weeks is not normal. Save your time if you see that doctor, he just wants to go home."

"Dr. Doshi, the scribe Sasha, manager Vlad, and the front desk PSRs were so helpful during my visit. I walked in with shortness of breath and wheezing and the efficiency and diligence the staff took to help me was very appreciable. Dr. Doshi took time to make sure I got in office treatment for my present symptoms and made me feel very seen and heard. She explained everything to me in a clear manner and made sure I understood everything going on throughout the visit. Meanwhile, scribe Sasha presented a very welcoming atmosphere and listened very patiently to my symptoms as I was very out of breath. Sasha also took my concerns very seriously and moved quickly and diligently to ensure she had all of my present symptoms before presenting to the doctor. The manager Vlad was very welcoming and both the manager and the front desk staff were helpful in fixing my prescription issues after I left. Overall, I will definitely recommend this location, especially considering the low wait time and caring staff."

"I’m only giving a star for checkin/wait time - very speedy. The older male doctor I saw was terrible. I went in there with a small fever after taking Tylenol. I told him that my temperature had gone up to 105 the night before. I was freezing, felt paralyzed, couldn’t think straight, and my husband had to monitor me all night (we really should have gone to the er). I also had this uncontrollable hacking cough. Anyway, this doctor told me that the temperature I reported was very unlikely and I should get a new thermometer. He didn’t believe me and made me feel stupid. After barely examining me, he told me to drink plenty of fluids and sent me on my way. Having another horrible night, I went to see my Pelham family doctor the next day (they had been closed the day before). I am now being treated for a pretty serious case of pneumonia. The one other time I went there, I was sick with Covid symptoms. Even though the rapid tests came back negative, I told this middle aged female doctor that I lost my sense of smell, so I think I might have it. She told me she was sure I didn’t have it, but agreed to give me the pcr test anyway. Two days later, I received a text message from the cdc, stating my results were positive. I never received a call from the office about my results. The Pelham urgent care was a waste of time and I will never go back."
