"Hello, My experience with Goals has been amazing so far. I was looking into having the surgery done for some time now. And when I started watching the stories on social media. I said I’m finally going to book and start my transformation. So far I’m already 5 weeks post op and loving my results. I’m happy I chose to have my Full back flexsculpt and double bbl with Dr. Brown. The staff is always helpful and friendly and willing to answer my questions. I would also recommend friends and family members who want to have any procedure done to go to Goals. A piece of advice is make sure you do your post op massages and other services that they recommend it will definitely help with your healing process. "Went to the Bronx location for a flexsculpt full abdomen, arms & double bbl. with the fajas and 5 post op massages, it came to over 10k. Dr. Lyons was great and he had great energy and explained the process to me well. it was literally my experience with everything else is why i would not come back or recommend for anyone to do. the pre op process was always somewhat unclear because everyone gives different information. you will never be able to get in contact with the billing department after you pay for your whole procedure. local anethesia was not for me, i felt everything. I had to reschedule and l did general anethesia.i was the first surgery of the morning and the bathrooms and areas were dirty and full of trash from the day before. i felt rushed from the time i walked in and they had a list of surgeries after mine. the anethesiologist was great and explained everything thoroughly. from the time i woke up, from the procedure, my mouth was so dry. i was cold & covered with cheap blankets that didnt keep me warm. i had to keep asking for water. the nurses did not stay long or check on me while i waited to be discharged. the recovery area was not private at all. you heard everything and everyone. and it seemed more like a clinic than a private practice. i was not offered any pain medicine or even anything to snack on after waking from the anethesia. i had to ask for both, they finally gave me only tylenol and refused to even give me a cracker to take it with. they told me my escort was running late and they kept saying they needed to hurry up because they needed the bed i was laying in. All you could hear in the office was all of the staff talkin behind the curtains, just talking spanish and gossiping so loud. I finally got discharged, and was sent home with no pain meds. they told me I maxed out the fat in my abdomen, so they could not perform the procedure on my arms. i went back the next day for the post op drainage massage. It was so painful!! The woman who gave the massage only spoke spanish and could not understand anything i was saying. i was in pain and she just did not care & kept going. it felt rushed & insensitive. i had so much swelling and bruising and the massage lady was just talkin aggressively. the room were the massages are given were also not private. anyone walkin around could be seen. even going to the bathroom, you had to walk past people, most of the time when you are undressed. I did not feel catered to at all after such an intimate procedure. i laid and got a massage for an hour, all you can hear is the staff gossiping, talkin spanish, and talkin about other patients. massage was not relaxing at all. the receptionists were good. but everything else was just unprofessional about this place. i was told 5 massages were standard for post op care, now after the procedure, they are trying to make me buy 20 massages which is an extra 2k. they send you to different locations for massages because this one is only open certain days. on top of that, i asked for a refund since they only did 1 area of lipo and not the 2 areas i paid for. they refused to give me anything back. I’m just so done with this place. I am 4 days post op now. I actually love Dr.Lyons and my experience with him. And a few select staff. I like the results so far but everything that happened after my procedure has deterred me from ever coming back. Customer service is seriously lacking . The people and things that happen here are so unprofessional. People give you different and conflicting information about procedures and processes. Its like no one knows what they are talking about. it’s a shame because i was very excited about this. But wont be doing any kind of work here again."

"Mainly I was inclined to get plastic surgery not to be a social media model but to bust my confidence as a woman, wear clothes that I wasn’t comfortable wearing before, and essentially for myself. I did do my research for 2 years + and found Goals was the place only because I could relate to the women they constantly post body wise (Real women) long story short, I’m now 20 days post op I did full abdominal liposuction with BBL, I have to say I love the fact that they take women that are on the heavier side. My surgeon was Dr Brown loved her bedside manners. The entire staff at the Bronx location has been very nice and attentive to me and my new body needs. Over all I’m happy for the improvement on my body thanks to Goals."
