"DRASTIC CHANGES CAME TO THIS CLINIC, AND IT WASN'T TO FAVOR THE PATIENTS, THIS YEAR. MONTEFIORE'S CEO, COO AND ANY OTHER OO'S YOU WANT TO ADD HAVE TURNED THIS CLINIC INTO A MONEY PATIENTS MACHINE. THEY CLOSED DOWN THE CONCOURSE CLINIC AND SENT THEM TO THE FORDHAM CLINIC. THIS HAS CHANGED EVERYTHING IN THIS PLACE. WHILE THE PATIENTS GOT SCREWED THE PEOPLE TRANSFERRED TO FORDHAM GOT REWARDED WITH EXTRA MONEY FOR SEEING PATIENTS IN A REVOLVING DOOR METHOD. MANY MANY GOOD DOCTORS HAVE LEFT FORDHAM BECAUSE THE CEO HAS FOUND A WAY TO GET RID OF THEM. HERE IS AN EXAMPLE: MY DOCTOR WAS A VERY CARRYING PERSON. SHE CARED ABOUT HER PATIENTS AND BECAUSE SHE FOUGHT FOR US, SHE WAS TRANSFERRED.THEREFORE, CREATING AN ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE WORK ENVIRONMENT. THIS LEAD TO HER LEAVING MONTEFIORE COMPLETELY. MONTEFIORE' HAD THE NERVE TO SEND US LETTERS STATING, " THESE CHANGES ARE TO BETTER SERVE OUR PATIENTS." WHAT YOU REALLY WANT TO SAY IS ____ THE PATIENTS. ALL WE ARE INTERESTED IS MONEY, MONEY. AND MONEY!! THANK YOU CEO AND COO AND YES I'M BEING SARCASTIC!!!!! ALSO, WE KNOW WHY YOU HAD TO KEEP SOME OF THE FORDHAM DOCTORS!!!!(GOVERNMENT MONEY)"

"Very unsafe neighborhood for staff and patients. Building overcrowded and unsafe in this time of covid. Can hardly get a seat by yourself in waiting room and patients hardly cover their noses with mask. The grand concourse center was never crowded like this. Too many appointments at one time. I guess they overbook to save money but this is not safe. Bad communication on phone ! Crime is high in this neighborhood. They need a better location please! The doctors and staff are wonderful"

"This has been the worst idea. I had years in the either location much more organized and less wait. I had to change my privider as well becasue she didnt care about my concerns. We have adult medicine and pediatrics same floor. Everyone here sitting on top of eachother, noisy, and conplaining they havent been called. I will be changing location horrible… and very very dissapointing"

"I spoke to a receptionist today and scheduled a call back for an appointment. She was very courteous and informative. She also explained that my insurance is accepted there. No problem s."

"Yesterday May 3, 2018 I was rushing to get check and it’s a walk in because I know there is walk in. At the front desk 5 floor, I was told go to the walk in table, I went to the walk in table and they told me to go back at the front desk (information) and they can help me and there is slot for wall in patients. This guy at the front (dark skin like a Mohawk hair guy) told me oh sorry last hour for us to accept walk in is 4:30 I showed him my phone and I told him but it’s not 4:30 yet... then he told me oh sorry did I said 4:30 I meant it 3:30pm. I said but I did walk in over here before and I was seen. You told me 4:30 and it’s not 4:30 yet now you telling me 3:30. He took my card and i don’t know what he was doing, he called me and told me that the slot available for me is 6pm. I do not understand how a hospital employee can turn down a patient. I was also in the phone with montefiore customers service that time. It’s frustrating why turn down a patient and you gonna tell me 6pm. I feel very disappointed with their service on that day."
