"Drove all the way to this place just for them to let me know that the nurse is not here and that I have to come back at a different time. They'll also send your samples to the wrong lab so make sure you're on top of that because they don't care. I'm expecting a bill of thousands of dollars now!! The price estimate phone line does not work. The billing department only knows how to troubleshoot bills when it's already too late. Worst hospital. Don't go to Montefiore!! Or when you go, tell them the tests you want done, because they'll do anything to make more money and the staff doesn't know anything."

"What I don't understand is how your called a women's center but only have one nurse. I had an appointment this morning (that I waited a month for) and was called right before I left to go that it was canceled and rescheduled because the nurse called out sick and they have no other nurse. I haven't even started with them yet and it's already the worst experience I've had as far as appointments go. Apparently they do not care if you are high risk and have been in the hospital between appointments. Looking for another place to go because this is not it."

"DO NOT GO HERE! God Forbid your having contractions they will lie and say the answering service never contacted the office! This office doesn’t know how to properly fax prescriptions of items eligible for insurance. God bless your heart if you get a nurse by the name of Josephine who has horrible customer service skills as me and her got into an argument over the phone and she hung up on me. I have been going back and fourth about a pre authorization of a breast pump that just isn’t being sent over properly. This office has been nothing but lies and a headache and will never use this office again. I was told I would actually get a call of denial or approval of the breast pump and it’s a month later and insurance says they see nothing on file and called the office to give the fax number for the 3rd time. When you call all they do is apologize and it’s not worth the stress! I spoke with a supervisor in the office who said they received a fax on December 9 about being denied, had an appoint dec 16 with no one saying anything to me and it’s now dec 30 and insurance says they didn’t receive the pre authorization. All of this and I’m about to be 8 months pregnant….NEVER AGAIN !"

"I liked the doctor I had but was told to see her their was a waiting list . I called three times I explained I really need to speak to the doctor as I was having a medical emergency . I was told the doctor will call me back and she never did . Instead a clerk called me to give me an appt for another doctor in another clinic for a month away . I had to rush to the emergency room and even then I still was not helped in solving the problem but referred to see a GYN. How can I see a GYN if they have no appts and are not empathic enough to even call you in a emergency ."

"Excellent experience. I was given an appointment for the day after I called with a problem I was experiencing. A nurse did a thorough intake with me before I saw the doctor. The doctor asked me several questions about my history before a very thorough, comprehensive exam. My physical privacy was respected at all times. The doctor explained the follow-up tests I would need. I highly recommend this office."
