"Before my first visit, I felt a warm welcome from the young lady that called me to set up my first appointment. When I arrived, I was a little nervous, but felt reassured after speaking with everyone. I needed blood drawn and the technician explained and showed me why he was taking blood from this certain area in my arm! No one ever explained it to me before! That''s awesome!!! Its quiet, relaxing, less stressful. I must in good conscience recommend Oak Street for medical care."
"Upon entering the building I was met with Warmth and Hospitality from Both the Receptionist, and Security. The kindness displayed by both was shared by other's as I entered the Maze of one patient worker after another as I was given a tour of the new facility I was now investing my Health & wellbeing in. I really had 'No Question's' about the care, treatment, or procedures of my New Health Care Facility. The Entire Staff greeted me and accepted, not as a new patient, But, as someone that was away on a minor break from Medical services & had just returned for a mere check-up.
