"I’ve been coming here for 2 years, never waited less than an hour, usually an hour and a half. Once two and a half hours, get put in an exam room take your vitals then nothing. Bring a phone or book to pass the time, Docs are okay but the wait is terrible."

"First time visitor to this clinic and have to say that my experience was very pleasant. 2PM Appt, got there 1:45 PM and waited no more than 10 minutes. Escorted to room where my vitals were checked and waited about 10 minutes for Dr. Lambert to arrive. We spent about 15-20 minutes getting to know each other and she advised me on things I needed to take care of. Next had blood taken and tech was flawless. All the ladies I encountered were nothing by courteous and helpful. Even when I called in to get assistance, had nothing but professional customer service."

"I had an appointment at 7 and got there 30 minutes before and wasn’t seen until 8. The nurse was in and out of the room leaving me alone for a long period of time making me question on wether or not I should’ve left. It wasn’t until I went to the front desk and complained about not being seen for over an hour that the nurse came back to talk to me. I ended up leaving at 9 o’clock at night. All i wanted was birth control pills. It shouldn’t take this much of a hassle to prescribe me very important medication that’s essential especially in America today."

"I am reading all the negative comments about this place, and it shows that my experience with this office is not isolated. They have been very irresponsible for years. In 2017 I would always have to wait 45-60 minutes to be seen at my scheduled appointments, which upset me because after all the waiting the consultations would last 15 minutes tops. They are horrible at answering calls, and responding to my chart. And on top of everything are extremely rude, representatives from the office hung up the phone on numerous occasions after being placed on hold for almost an hour. I had enough and filed a complaint, and I recommend for others to do the same, and perhaps this will change the culture in which the staff perform their jobs."

"I never leave reviews. This place is terrible. They refuse to see you because they assume everything is covid. If this is a facility to care for people they should be willing and able with proper care to see patients. They have tried to scheduled my annual and other appointments through video. So basically just taking a guess at what I could have instead of actually treating me. This sucks because some of the doctors I’ve seen here are really good but the rules and regulations of the center don’t even give you a chance to really see them."
