"Dr.kong is weird the whole process was under 15 minutes the only thing they want to do is cxheck for stds which I clearly told them I didn’t need but that was all they are willing to do during the Pap smear I had several people walking in and out after I mentioned I was uncomfortable. They gave me a list of referals my insurance would not cover and that was ranked under 1 star the 2 bd referral was for a surgeon with no test done so of course the doctors I was calling had no clue as into what they suppose to do they will tell and give u anything to get u out and press giving them a good review they suck"

"The Front Desk Receptionists are incredibly rude. A hispanic female had a disgusting presentation and stated "Do I make myself clear?!" to a grown adult/male acting like if I do not have basic comprehension skills. They all act like the patients are disgusting when we all know that everyone is taking all of the precautions necessary to stay safe in the pandemic. Also, what kind of medical facility only has one available restroom for patients? What if multiple patients need to use restrooms because their symptoms are that bad? Not to mention this CityMD is completely filthy inside and does not even compare to the quality of patient care that are offered at other sites. Do better!"
