"2 1/2 hr wait for a covid test because they only send them one dr to this location. When I asked how dies that work with over 8 dr offices. I was told it's like that all the time. The rooms are just to place patients in to wait more time until the one dr gets to you."

"This is the worst CityMD I've ever been to. I went here to have a tuberculosis test done for a new job that I was getting. In order for me to get the test done, I needed an authorization form from my new job with the proper procedure. I showed them the form and what brought me in that day. I went into the room for them to do the test and the doctor came in and gave me the tuberculosis injection, and told me that "I needed to come back in 48 hours for them to read it." Halfway home, I got a call from them telling me."I needed to come back because my job requested for a QuantiFERON Gold of the tuberculosis test which is blood work and not an injection. I went back, and the assistant manager or manager was apologizing for the mistake and was explaining to me what happened and said that she'll send someone in to do the blood test. The lady who came in was wearing regular clothes and not uniform. She couldn't get to draw the blood because something was wrong. She thought i was dehydrated, so she gave me a small bottle of water to drink and told me to wait for 5 minutes for it to digest. 5 minutes later, someone else came into the room with uniform to draw blood, but she was unsure of what she came in the room for. So I asked, "Where is the other lady that was going to do it?" She replied, saying," I'm in charge of doing the blood work. The other lady was allowed to do it because I was on break." She went ahead to do the blood work. The first tube she used the blood was flowing. The second tube there was no blood, so I said, "What if something is wrong with that tube? How about you try using a different one. She did, and I then realized it was something wrong with the tube all along and not me nor the other lady that made the first attempt. I later said "you know you guys can get sued if there is any malpractice in my visit here; because nobody seems to know what they are doing and a mistake was already made regarding this same matter." She was like,"Nobody can sue me because I am licensed and knows what I'm doing." And I said "Yes they can. If you cause someone more harm than what they previously have before they visit." She was like,"And you're mad, have a good day." And then I said, "Who wouldn't be mad?" She even went on to put the blame on me by saying that "I didn't provide the proper paperwork up front." Which I did. I wasted my whole day there for something so simple. They need to practice to work better as a team because it seems like the front desk didn't communicate with the people in the back or put it in the system as to why I was there to avoid all of this."
"The staff were extremely attentive, professional, and friendly. The doctor was especially patient and compassionate. She was able to answer all of my questions while providing detailed explanations for each of them. I left the clinic feeling hopeful and alleviated rather than confused and worrisome. Plus, the place is very clean and newly renovated. The seating adheres to social distancing requirements. Would highly recommend."
