"I called to inquire information and make an appointment but immediately a man rudely gave me a number without warning. Then he hanged up on me and blocked my number. Apparently this is a common practice because it's a technical issue. If you're seeking psychiatric help this isn't the place to go because you're just going to get blocked, hanged up on, and rudely talk to."

"I called inquiring for information. The man who answered completely snapped at me saying how the phone number & isn't correct & he's not a mental health worker yet gave me another phone number to the clinic after repeating multiple times that he receives about 20 calls a day & it's wrong in the most verbally abusive way. 1) Sir, just change your number & 2) clearly there is incorrect information about this location/clinic. If someone was a danger to themselves seeking out help, this kind of situation can seriously make things worse for the individual. Someone needs to fix this situation as soon as possible."

"Overall my both girlfriend and I have had a pretty good experience at this office, until recently when we ran into DAISY KWAN (ultrasound technologist) and had the ultrasound from HELL. Upon arrival at the office we were rudely told that our mothers couldn't both enter the ultrasound room to for the FIRST time view our unborn son. When we asked to have a supervisor explain this rediculous policy to us Ms. Daisy Kwon told us that the attending Dr. Refused to speak with us--- even though we knew that was a lie, and she had never even consulted the attending Dr. She then gave us a choice between either having the ultrasound done immediately or waiting an hour to speak with the Dr. ... her reasoning for this sophie''s choice ... she wanted to have her LUNCH BREAK!! we then said fine we'll comprise and have my mother watch the ultrasound and my girlfriend's mother would come out of the waiting room later and see a few images. This was the beginning of the end. My mother, girlfriend and I were in the ultrasound room for 5 mins at the most. DAISY KWAN rushed through the entire process. She never explained what we were looking at. She never tried to re-position my girlfriend to get better images so that our pictures would come out better. She was rushed, rude and inconsiderate. And all because she was pissed that we asked to speak to a supervisor when we were told about an occupancy policy. The icing on the cake was that she gave us pictures of my unborn son that look like a DARK HOLE. My girlfriend and I will be going back to this office but we will be sure to avoid daisy KWAN like the bubonic plague."
