"I have been there on 3 Occasions and never had a problem. Staff- Nurse , Doctor and admin were great..."
"The doctors are okay but the people on the phones can be NASTY. Getting in with a PCP is an absolute nightmare and takes way longer than it should. You're lucky to even get in with a nurse practitioner. Best of luck."
"$286 for a blood pressure check when I could have had a full physical for free. Really?!"
"I’m embarrassed as a Health Quest employee that a practice like this exists in the system. The incompetence and noncompliance of the doctors is maddening and disreputable. After moving from out of state, I had complete denial on assistance for temporary medication coverage until I see a specialist in a month (which they verified in the medical chart, along with which medications). The official response was to either drive 5.5 hrs to my old doctor and pay full price ($2k) for meds or go to local ER and also pay full price. My new insurance required me to change a simple blood pressure medication, the doctor became very flustered and refused to prescribe an alternative and recruited me to seek out a pharmacists opinion. Everyone has hypertension these days and primary care is the first level of response to the condition. The seasoned doctor and their MD degree should have been well acquainted with this drug class. I also requested to treat a new condition which has been tracked for the prior 6+ months and denied. DO NOT SEE EITHER OF THESE “PHYSICIANS”."
"The only thing that they didn’t teach the doctor at the medical school is that it is extremely unprofessional to leave the room and start gossiping and laughing at what the patient told her. Especially when you’re doing it very loud. I asked her if she could recommend something for anxiety because I’m going away on vacation and I get anxious in the deep waters (boats, ships, diving). When she left the room she started gossiping with the office staff that I was asking her for the narcotics, which I obviously wasn’t, I was just looking for a recommendation on how to deal with the anxiety. Without being respectful to the patients your diploma is just a waste of money and time. I’m also not sure that this is what you’re supposed to do according to HIPAA. Not ever in my entire life I’ve been so humiliated and disrespected. Extremely disappointed in the doctor and her healthcare ethics."
