"I’ve been going to Family Practice for at least 6-7 years and throughout that time have had 3 great doctors before they eventually left. Family Practice is a great resource for health issues. BUT If you do go there, do not see Dr.Carol Jellett, she is the worst doctor I’ve ever had, completely inattentive and uncaring. She also had a student doctor with her in my visit, which I consented to. A++ to the student doctor! They were awesome, and actually investigated my problems instead of talking from behind a computer screen without even looking at my medical history until I brought it up myself. I wish I got the student’s name, though I hope they learn everything not to do from Jellett. So just be careful what doctors you see, but Family Practice itself has been good up until my most recent primary left. It’s very disappointing."

And the rest of the staff are also always awesome and friendly. The blood lady (Jessica) is the best ever!!! Thank you to the whole staff for your warm professionalism!"

"This is the same as the Institute for Family Health. They have a good reason for changing their name. Thank goodness I finally found a real doctor. These people added false information on my chart. The doctor I had almost killed me 3 times! It wasn't until I found a real doctor that I realized I didn't receive a real physical exam in years. With a maximum of 15 minutes per patient, visits were brief. Stay away!"

"I'm currently living in Las Vegas but while I was in NY this is the practice I went to for my health needs. At the time I had the best care one could ask for. I'm not sure if the practice has changed much, but they were great!!!"
