"Office staff is rude, doctor turnover is so high you never see the same doctor twice, it takes over an hold to even reach someone to schedule an appointment. After being with this practice over 10 years will be gladly be changing doctors offices and never coming back."

"When in person, they are great. Their phone process sucks though. Be prepared to be disconnected when being put on hold. It takes 3-4 phone calls before you're not disconnected when put on hold. Also, be prepared to be on hold for 10-15 minutes. If you are sick, go elsewhere, since you'll probably die before you get through to a person"

"The dr are great but their front desk staff is very incompetent. They consistently hand up or take forever answer, they are lazy just to give a example I call to update my insurance information they te old me to do it when I made a appointment, then we made a appointment for my daughter and they call me saying they couldn’t see her because her insurance expired. We Love Michelle and Berry Goldman but sense they became heath quest services is NOT great. I miss the days when they had their own practice"

"Good luck with trying to schedule a blood-work over the phone. A nurse will never get back to you. A couple of times that I tried to schedule an appointment, it ended up in the exact same way: I would get a first receptionist, who would take my info, and then suddenly the line would break up. I would call again, the second girl would answer this time, took my info, had various excuses why none of the nurses could take my call right away, and promised they would call me back, which btw never happened. So I would call again....."

"It'll do, the new office is clean and cold. Reception at family health side is extremely chatty and sound travels VERY well. The Ob/gyn side front desk is not "manned" so theres a few minutes to wait to sign in. All medical staff I've met are very nice and professional. The receptionists are nice also just on the loud side."
