"Horrible and Highly Unprofessional. Made not one, but 2 New Patient Appointments online 3 weeks ago for both my children. Received several notifications and appointment confirmations via Montefiore’s system up until the day prior to the appointment. When I arrived, they asked if anyone instructed me to bring their birth certificates, social security cards, yellow medical cards. I said no one ever sent me any info as to what needed to be provided prior to the appointment. No one from the office ever called after the appointment was made to give me the necessary information as a follow up. The supervisor there could only respond with “that’s unfortunate but you should have made the appointment of over the phone”. Even after providing them with pictures of my daughters social and birth certificate, AND having my kids old pediatrician ready to fax over all their medical records, they rejected us and told us to come back another time. Wasted a day by taking them out of class and having taken a day off of work! Montefiore’s system has continuously gotten worse and worse over the years. I myself have left them for much better care at NYU. I plan on doing the same for the rest of my family. AVOID AT ALL COSTS."

"We are having a HORRIBLE time with the receptionist, she’s been very rude to my wife at nearly every visit. I will be in attendance at the very next OB/GYN and if I don’t like what I see, we will be changing hospitals. There’s no reason for professionals to be rude in a health care facility, especially one focusing on both women’s and prenatal health."

"I was suffering from severe preeclampsia and one of the OB/GYN that saw me said that I was fine while i was showing her how swollen i was, i used to wonder why i was bigger than other pregnant women and felt bad?!?. And then I gave birth to a premature baby. I then came back here for my daughter appointment’s, they are constantly changing her doctor now, and at her recent appointment they tried to draw blood twice, my daughter was crying hysterically like never before and they where moving the needle around inside her arm, they couldn’t get the blood they needed and when taking the needle out a lot of blood came out and the chair we were on got blood on it as well, they wanted to try again and i refused! She now has a bruise on her arm."

"Pediatrician, Dr. Roseanne Neglio is amazing. She's hands-on, respectful and an overall excellent pediatrician. The nurses are very good. The front-office staff makes the check-in and check-out process straightforward, however, it would be nice if I could book an appointment upon checking out. Often, the calendar isn't open for dates several weeks ahead. Generally, positive experience."

"The reason I gave it a one star is because every time I call I have to spend at least 45 minutes just to schedule an appointment, they’re pretty good when you get a hold of them, they’re service is also excellent with a clean environment, but once again, getting into this clinic is harder than getting into Harvard! Not to mention that I wait 83 minutes last week before the operator picked up the call to schedule my wife appointment at the OBGYN.."
