"Doctor Robbi is TERRIBLE, DONT NOT COME HERE. THE STAFF DOES NOT CARE AND WILL NOT WRITE YOU YOUR SCRIPTS! I’ve been coming here for over three years and they refuse to write me the same meds I’ve been on sense Doctor Julie left. Horrible place never coming back."

"The Dr. Scheduled procedures and doesn't inform his patients. Patient gets a phone call from said place OMG for example. Has no idea why he has appointment. Ask for a prescription two weeks ago. Nothing sent to pharmacy. Very unprofessional."

"Cuba office- UPC never answers their phones and when they finally get back to you a day or more later, their phone manners are unprofessional and rude. I tried scheduling a physical for my daughter for a tonsillectomy and they said I needed to find out the location, surgeons name, phone, fax, date, time, and anesthesia before I could make an appointment for her physical. I told them I’d absolutely find out what I didn’t already know but would appreciate if they could make an appointment first. They wouldn’t do it until I got them all the information. And the day of her physical, 5 days before her surgery, they texted to say they needed to reschedule!! Nope. I’m done. I went to Cusumano when I was a kid and both my girls have had him since birth, but thanks to UPC we will need to find another provider."

"Our kids have mono and my son is in a lot of pain. They won't answer their phone EVER!! if you get lucky, the person answering is soooo rude! Two days of calling and messages on the portal with no answer. Time for an attorney to get them to do their job!!!"

"This outfit is a complete joke. They have a midwife performing gynecological exams and care, but no ob/gyn on staff. So, if a woman has a problem that requires anything that is considered a medical procedure, she's left on her own to try and get into an actual doctor (and we all know how hard it is to get into a new doctor in a timely manner.) Having a sonogram done at Universal Primary Care was a complete waste of time, money, and pain, because their machine doesn't have the capability to copy it so it can be taken to another facility. Save yourself the time and aggravation, and find medical care at a genuine medical facility."
