"Wonderful experience! Have been going to this practice for over 3 years now. Easy to get appointments. Staff and drs are very nice and make time to explain everything to you and answer any questions you may have. I would and have recommended them!"

"It took 3 weeks to get medications for my 82 yr old memory impaired father after a sick call. This was for seizures. After many calls from myself and family as well as the pharmacy I had my fathers primary doc call and he got the med. Three weeks of being sick for these visits. There were no record of these calls as per the PA at his next visit. The PA had no idea what meds my dad is on or anything about him. I was promised my father would see his doctor. Re' a refill a few weeks later ,(different med), after 3 attempts by the pharmacy my father's primary wrote the script. After 2 calls from me to make sure bloodwork papers were sent to the lab we went to the lab and no papers. Is anyone conscious??? My father's insurance will be interested. My dad paid for nothing and treated as an annoyance and experienced extreme anxiety. An irresponsible incompetent and Rude group. Do no harm!!! I'm a licensed professional as well.."

"Everyone who answers the phone never knows anything. Their favorite words are "I don't know". If you need to share a medical concern with the Neurologist, they don't know what to do with the information. Most receptionists would just take a message for the Doctor, but not these idiots. They need direction with everything. I'm surprised they find their way to work."

"I have been under the care of Dr. Kwen, and his staff, for six months or so now. From the moment you walk in, your greeted by smiling, helpful staff. Not to take away from them, being nurses and such themselves. I never wait long, there are comfortable chairs, and a restroom, adjacent the sitting area. While.being treated, im constantly checked on and monitored, never feeling neglected. Dr.Kwen is quite the Dr. Being friendly, personable, and very , very educated in his field. I love how im treated quickly, but importantly. Thank you all, Brian Lee."

"First visit there. The small parking area is in the back, a short distance to walk into the building. Office staff and doctors were pleasant and personable. The waiting room and exam room were quite small, however clean. I'm claustrophobic and felt it sitting in both the waiting room and exam room. Overall, it was a good experience."
