"3rd bad experience at PineRidge RRH Lab. Each time receptionists are sullen, don't even bother to greet you, it's obvious they hate being there. Bathroom was gross! RRH needs to do serious customer service training. 11/3/23 The receptionist was on the phone and ignored me for about 5 minutes. I could tell it was a personal call by the hushed voice, and finally she said, "I can't talk anymore" and hung up. No greeting, just said, "I need your ID" and took my license. She handed me a cup and said, "the bathroom's back there". The bathroom was disgusting; the toilet needed to be flushed (gross!), and the sink and toilet were dirty. I didn't want to touch anything! When I left, I went back out to find out what to do with my sample, and there was no one at the reception area. I yelled , "hello??", but never got any answer or found anyone. Another client told me someone was in a back room, so I found that person and she told me where to put it. Even she was sullen and unfriendly."

"Got in early 7:00am took my info and blood done at 7:07am. Once you get in takes no time at all to finish. Been coming here for several years, do a good job."

"Have been using this lab for years without issues.For the last 1 1/2 years attitude seems to have replaced service. Upon entry expect to be snapped at to either take a number or not. Followed by unpleasant requests for Id and insurance, all while the techs sit with masks on chins poking phones. The remainder of your visit hinges on the techs mood. Very poor experience that could be upsetting to those that go here for serious medical reasons."

"The staff at this office are incredibly slow at their job. The woman at the front desk takes upwards of 10 minutes to process a single patient before they can go back to get their blood drawn. Each person is required to take a number and wait until called. You could wait in the waiting room for almost an hour before being able to get your bloodwork done. Speed is definitely not a consideration for these people. It's definitely one of the worst RRH labs in the area. I also gave this office very specific paperwork for what needed to be tested, and they did something completely different requested by another doctor ignoring the paper requisitions I provided them, so I had to go back to get the testing requested by the right doctor done the day after bloodwork was originally completed."

"I just came from their office and the blood tech named Kody Cox is very good...he is very concerned when he takes your blood, he asked me if I was ok while he took my blood and even after he was done he asked me if I was ok. I appreciate him... I have never had anyone that has drawn my blood ask me if I was ok and that just amazed me. He needs to get a reward for being so kind and concerned we need more people like him in this world. Kody Cox great job today!!!"
