"Dr V was very knowledgeable , knew exactly what the issue was/is. brought Along previous X-rays and MRI printed results. We did standing X-rays. He gave me a lateral cortisone shot in my PF and see how it goes. Repeat visit in 3 weeks. $20 copay. Couldn’t be happier. Highly recommended"
"Dr. Verbosky and the staff at Westside Podiatry are amazing! I had surgery(lapiplasty) done on each of my feet for severe bunions, and Dr. Verbosky did a wonderful job! The bunions are gone, and the bones in my feet are now aligned properly. Not only is Dr Verbosky an excellent surgeon, he is also kind and compassionate. He took time to explain my surgery, xrays, and answered any questions I had without making me feel rushed. The nurse, Trish, was always so friendly, and she did a great job taking my xrays, removing my sutures, and answering my questions."
"What a weird experience in such a stuck in the 1970s place! The receptionist was so incredibly rude I thought I was being pranked by how I was treated. Other staff members were barely holding their own with getting my information wrong and me having to repeat myself till they got it right. At one point while waiting for the doctor to come back in a worker burst into the room with someone else’s folder and said oops wrong room. The cabinets and decor in the room were that old 70s dark brown with chips in it in quite a few places. The tools, bottles of various items, and counter did not look all that clean and really old. The doctor was okay, except a little too much in a hurry. He barely looked at my foot and didn’t answer my questions all that well. Overall I do not recommend anyone going to this location. I’m certainly not going back."
"I was looking for a podiatrist for a while. I usually only go to any service that has a 4+ star google review rating. Because of this I delayed my doctor visit for a few months. I finally just went with the closest option even though their review rating was not where I wanted it to be. Long story short, I had a great experience. The initial paperwork was fine; the front desk people were nice and informative. I got to the exam room and the information gathering exam by the nurse was simple, clear and to the point. And she was very nice. She really listened to me. Then Dr.Freeling came in. I didn’t choose my doctor. It was random for me. And he was just great. He asked why I was there. I had broken a few bones in my foot about 12 years ago, so I told him that. All I could tell him was it was my right foot. I did not know any other details. He found the exact bones that were broken within a minute by just feeling around. He knew exactly where to look and had me getting an x-ray with 5 minutes of us talking. The woman that did the x-ray was fun and nice. She made the x-ray seem like nothing. Then she brought me back to the exam room. About 3 minutes later the doctor was back with the x-rays. He was spot on with what he thought was going on and was clear and concise with what to do. I was prescribed custom orthotics that were not covered by my insurance. He informed me that most insurance does not cover orthotics. So he gave me a much cheaper OTC recommendation to cover my needs and accurately recommended a different health care provider to cover the costs of custom orthotics when I was ready. I called them and confirmed he was correct. He then took the time to explain in detail all of the answers to my questions about everything. I was not rushed and I felt like he actually cared about me and my needs and concerns. He then sent me off once I was satisfied. Then when waiting to check out he stopped by and wished me luck on my upcoming trip to Mexico and wished me his best. The person at checkout didn’t need a thing from me and she kindly said I was ready to simply go. The whole experience was good. I felt good when I left."
"I Saw Dr. Robert Freeling and I am very disappointed with, not only the time it took to see this doctor but many other factors; first off, the office is dingy and old, probably hasn't seen a cleaning since the 80s. Plus, I had to make 3 appointments just to get turned down! what First they said they needed was an X-ray (which I understand) and then my 2nd apt they were hesitating to even give me the shot, but after battling them they gave me one but explained it would be a very small dosage and than they told me it could actually cause more damage! And By my 3rd apt(5.5 weeks later!) I was in excruciating pain and needed something to relieve that pain so I can walk and function like a "normal" human being, and I paid my $45 copay and was assured when I scheduled the appointment they would help me relieve the pain. Once I got in to see him, he said it was "too soon" to get another shot! Mind you my last cortisone shot had been done 5 & 1/2 weeks prior, I said wait, I was assured by the front desk/schedulers, before I scheduled this appointment that you would help me. Yet he refused, saying it's too soon! I would never recommend anyone to this office! I even called to discuss this with the office manager, and she was blatantly rude to me saying that, I was in fact there too soon and had to wait 6 weeks total, even after I advised her that the person who scheduled me in assured me he would help! But she would not issue me a refund because according to her, I still saw the doctor! I said; but he didn't even say anything that could be helpful let alone provide me with any service. So not only is the place disgustingly unkept, the office staff is not knowledgeable, and the manager extremely rude and yelled at me!!! But also the doctor is old and could care less about the patients needs, just wants your $$$. Disgusted with that place. They should be shut down. Well, I hope this review helps you, just stay away!!!"
