"We have been seeing a therapist for a couple of months now and have had multiple issues with the company. There are 4 locations and in the emailed reminders for our appointments it has sent us to the wrong office. The online scheduling also tells the wrong location at times. There are weekend hours as well, but if you go to the Henrietta office it is locked and there is no way to get in. Calling the number for the company leads to an off hours voice mail and no one answers the number posted on the door to the building.The therapist we see is wonderful, but this company is very unprofessional and frustrating."
