"The staff is wonderful! I can’t even imagine having go in every day with a smile on your face trying to cheer up your patients while they’re experiencing such a traumatic event in their lives Thank you for all you do!"
"Just saw a tiktok about how you treat cancer patients. If your nurses are complaining abo it their needs being “too difficult” then I don’t think this is the job for them and they need to be in a different field. Having cancer is hard enough, treat people with some empathy and respect while they have a terminal illness. Absolutely disgusting."
"10/10 would recommend. The nurses are incredibly caring and thoughtful. Pluta has been home for the last 9 years. Samantha greets me with a smile. Always. Leah goes above and beyond and is simply lovely. I’m so grateful."
"My experience was 10/10 one of the best times I’ve had going to the doctor and I hate Western Medicine but this staff is just SO WONDERFUL. The vibes here are seriously great."
"The temp takers were typically rude and unhelpful and one even got the thermometer caught in my hair and ripped out my hair. They also would not allow my husband to attend my appnts. even when there was few to no other patients in the waiting room. Although my surgeon was good and I was pretty happy with the surgical outcome, I was scheduled with a PA for the majority of my appnts. and she was dismissive of my concerns and seemed to be rushing me through my appnts. At times she would even talk over me when I was describing my symptoms. They were unsympathetic to the distance I had to drive for appnts. and tended to schedule me several days in a row instead of trying to consolidate or space out appnts. I'm sure that having treatment during COVID added to my negative experience but it seems they could have handled things better."
