"Extremely unprofessional practice. Matthew Pirro caused a major conflict of interest. This is no where near over. We are getting lawyers involved. Matthew Pirro is not who you want as your therapist, lost trust in them because of his ignorance. The board of ethics loves these tales. This is just the beginning Matthew!"
"Life Solutions therapists care more about covering their stories then they do making sure their client is ok. Matthew Pirro, made my boyfriend lose his trust in the therapists in general. When you confide in someone you expect them to conform to HIPPA laws. This practice makes exceptions, they get their stories straight and call ignorance. Do not trust anyone at this firm. Especially Matthew Perro, he also works at strong ties. He should lose his license."
"My therapist Matthew Pierro was meeting with me & also my brother without my knowledge. I found that out when on speaker phone and my mom recognized his voice. He said "I can't disclose that information". Just adding to my mistrust of therapists. Thanks Matt"
"The therapist that I had a phone session with was extremely unprofessional. She had no idea that life solutions scheduled a session for the date/time that was confirmed. Then she called me before my appointment, so I had to call her back, and she didn't answer and I left a message. She didn't call me back, so I had to call again. Then she answered and said she didn't know she had an appt with me (I already had spoken with her). Then she proceeded to have my appt via her car speaker phone, which I found very unprofessional. I could barely hear her, and when she left her car I could tell she had me on speaker phone while walking around in public. So I cancelled my next appointment with her by calling life solutions, and yet she still called me again to see why I cancelled the appointment. She pretended to be a receptionist and purposefully didn't give me her name at first, so I would say the reason why I cancelled. It was extremely embarrassing once I found out that it was her and I was telling her that she was unprofessional. Then she became very rude once I told her why I cancelled. This was overall an awful experience, and if you are trying to obtain mental health services, I would not recommend Life Solutions or the therapist Cynthia Consaul."
"Don't go here for an alcohol evaluation. Michael Wright first told me I had to change me diet and got upset when I wouldn't take his advice. From there the meeting went south. Drinking anything at all after having an infraction on your record will immediately trigger him to tell you that you need treatment, regardless if you actually have an issue with drinking or not. I had a drink on vacation 6 months ago, which in his eyes means I'm an alcoholic, doesn't matter that I've been in therapy and am no longer in that bad place. Only gets 1 star because you can't give a zero."
