"I have never dealt with a medical office that has more unprofessional staff. Our provider Cate was fantastic and the only reason I put up with the staff. They billed an insurance company we have never even had. Everytime I needed a prescription filled I would have to call at least 4 times. It was always "Being taken care of" But the requests were never sent to our provider. When the provider left they didn't even bother to tell me until the day of my sons appointment. I called today to get my kids medical records. The receptionist told me they would be ready this afternoon. When we went to pick up the medical records she stated, " I never said that." She stated it would take her a long time to get them ready. I would not have driven 20 minutes to get the records if that was the case. Besides all she has to do is print them. I called the Elmira office and was told "We have 30 days to release your records." I would rather go to the DMV than deal with the staff at this office."

All of these things, along with her recommended treatment plan and periodic adjustments when she felt it necessary over the past few years, have significantly impacted my life in a positive, healthy manner. I only wish I was referred to her many, many, many years ago!"

"Went here for a few months, took over a month to be seen, once seen was told that I had to make a follow up appointment. Went and was diagnosed and treated for that. Called and had to reschedule an appointment since I found out I was pregnant and could no longer take prescriptions. Within DAYS was having withdrawal symptoms and panic attacks. Called twice and spoke to receptionist about issues I was having and I needed to speak to psychiatrist... Was told not to worry and on both occasions was told "urgent" messages were left with nurse and that it would take a day for doctor to get back to me, every time I tried to call after that it went to receptionists voicemail to which I left more messages... No response and 2 weeks later got a letter saying since i cancelled my appointment and missed one months earlier i was dismissed from practice. Horrible experience and in the end when I desperately needed help, I was forgotten even as a patient."
