"I had an appointment here in February with Dr. Ho well before even getting pregnant to prepare for IVF. She had zero “bedside manner” and basically made me feel not worthy of having a child. I left the video call crying. Then months later while signing in for an OBGYN appt at my regular doctor I notice there’s a new label under my diagnosis tab I’ve never seen before. Dr Ho decided to put her personal feelings in my chart and labeled me with a substance disorder because I’m on MEDICAL MJ at the time of my appointment. I’m just baffled on how this “doctor” is allowed to put all of her personal beliefs on people and try to destroy their reputation by putting false information in peoples charts. That seems highly illegal. I had to have another doctor remove it who’s been seeing me for years and actually knows me. They were baffled that a doctor would put their personal beliefs in someone’s chart to try and ruin their name to other medical professionals. I would NEVER suggest going to this clinic unless you want to be treated like pure garbage. I also tried getting follow up information from nurses at that clinic days after the appointment and they told me to consult my after visit notes for clarification instead of just finding me the answers (which were NOT in any of the after visit notes.) Do not waste your time or money going here. Every person at this clinic was rude except the front desk woman who was extremely helpful."

"I had to switch to Strong last minute due to pregnancy complications. Renee with prenatal was amazing and went over everything I should expect for my scheduled c-section. She really took the time to go over it slowly and accurately as she could. She was concerning and caring and not every office has that. Based on my experience with Renee I would give this office 5 stars because of how amazing she was!"

"Every time I have called to speak to a nurse I am rerouted to the hospital’s triage (most offices do this only if you call at odd hours). The nurses at this facility do not turn on the phones or something. You have a team of doctors here, I don’t know who finds that helpful but certainly not me. I never know what to expect. Some doctors I feel I work well with and others I do not there is no way for me to schedule anything with a preferred person. They are for the most part very nice people. I feel that I am treated with respect in this office and that my needs are met (when I finally can get in touch with them). The phones never working is a big issue for me. As is the lack of continuity through my pregnancy. It’s stressful and as I experience (sometimes severe issues) I can not rely on them to provide guidance or aid."

"Awful providers. No compassion. More concern about my privacy than anything. "Oh and who do you have with you today!?" No one introduced themselves or let us know their position. Will not go back or recommend them to anyone!"
