"Patricia was condescending from the moment I walked into her office. She was obstinate about setting goals when my only goal is to get through today; (she kept talking about waving a "magic wand", her words, to try to coerce me to set goals she wanted). Made me feel like I was wasting her time and she was completely disinterested in anything I had to say. By the end I was aggitated by her whole demeanor and the experience made my depression even worse. This place doesn't seem to really be concerned about a patient's care but rather moving the next patient down the metaphorical assembly line. For anyone struggling with mental health they have to first feel as though they could trust the therapist with their problems... that just isn't the case at this facility."

"One of the best therapy places I’ve been to in a really long time. When going in person — check-in is smooth and everyone is friendly. My concerns are addressed and not swept under the rug, time is spent to patiently work through many up and coming issues to help figure those out vs long time ones, which has been a huge stress off my back."

"I came for help for my multiple mental illnesses and therapy to learn to deal with pain and anger from past experiences. I WAS a active drug user NOT actively except for Marijuana once a day. Seems drug use was more of a focus for help then my mental health. I guess other people don't understand substance abuse and mental health are common because I know I can say i don't want to feel how I feel because of mental illnesses. If drs could focus on MENTAL HEALTH PROBLEMS NOT DRUG USE maybe drug use would reduce in people. Im another one left to suffer. I NEED HELP with MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES NOT DRUG USE considering im NOT a ACTIVE drug user anymore"

"They’re very professional, kind, understanding and most importantly effective in their mission. It is not an easy job, and they deal with a high volume of patients, but they manage it well."

"The pediatric Ed department is by the far the worst place. I don’t understand how a hospital that prides itself on how much it has to offer the community doesn’t support teens in mental health emergency situations with respect. Such an environment is such a detractor for people to get help- this place makes people not want to attempt to get help. The waiting room and staff are not conductive to healing environment. It’s evident that strong hospital/behavioral health do not make their mental health patients a priority- emotionally, mentally or physically."
