Reviews
"I recently contacted your clinic seeking mental health support for a loved one, only to face a disheartening experience. The receptionist, lacking empathy and professionalism, rigidly stated walk-ins were limited to Mondays and Wednesdays with no flexibility or alternative solutions offered. This inflexible policy, combined with the receptionist’s unhelpful attitude, leaves us with the emergency room as our only recourse. It’s disappointing and underscores the need for a review of your patient intake process and staff training to ensure support is accessible and compassionate."
"Re: Dr. Jonathan Davila only: Not that I could bring this place down any lower as they have a 2.3 rating (which is unacceptable and with a health service company rating that low it should be closed) but stay away from Dr. Jonathan Davila. These are the people working with your kids- a 2.3/5 rating, really? I wouldn't buy a lawn chair with that rating of 2.3. He has extremely poor temperament and I have a civic duty to tell people to avoid this person. Especially near children. He also tends to talk down to people as if you are below him. He's a scary guy and I would be negligent if I did not let the public know. This is not a casual thing...this is health care. . DO BETTER !"
"Awful place. Receptionist are rude and not helpful. The place gives high school gossip vibes and the therapist named Mike uses bullying and intimidation as his methods to treat a 15 year old girl. Not happy with the care my child received there at all."
"My out of pocket expense with my health insurance is $409 for a 45 minute session. I applied for financial assistance, and they said I made too much money. There is no way I could make rent if I were to continue with therapy at GMH, so I have no choice but to get it elsewhere. Too bad, because I liked my therapist."
"Would rate 0 if I could. Reception staff was highly disrespectful and rude over the phone, scheduling was near impossible. Only managed to see my therapist once during the initial walk-in intake, and then attempting to schedule any appointment afterwards was so miserable that I found a new provider. Until such a time as the reception/phone staff are better trained in how to handle scheduling (and interacting with patients in general), DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. Go somewhere else. There are better therapists that won't make you go through this process just to get the help you need."
