I tried calling and left a voicemail back in June and its August and still no response. I had been a patient for nearly 26 years and I cant even get a call back."

"The worst office I've ever been to. In order to get through via phone call, I have to call multiple times as the line is always busy with no waiting system or call waiting. I have been passed from one NP to PA to another since joining this office over 2 years ago. I have only ever seen my Primary doctor once, at the new patient visit. In my two years of going here I have not seen her since. (Dr. RAST, whom I remember being sort of rude the one time I did see her.) I have medical conditions I have been dealing with since I was born. But no one will listen to me on what treatments work best for me. I have had to go back several times while being sick because they don't want to hand out antibiotics or really any type of medicine. They tell me to just call back if I get worse or remain the same, leaving me to suffer for an extra week or two before actually getting a resolution. They dont listen to me when i try to tell them whats wrong. If you're actually sick, don't bother calling. They don't want to see you in person. And Telemed is spotty service at best. The only doctor who ever treated me with a modicum of respect was Dr. Ken Mathis, and he has retired. Nurses are rude, doctors are even ruder. I dont recommend at all."
