"NYS Department of Health I am looking forward to you taking over as the Commissioner Of Health. Currently, there are parts of the NYS Department of Health and The AIDS Institute are infected with corrupt people who violate the law and/or participate in highly inappropriate behavior. Most of the individuals listed above partnered with Options For Community Living, an agency The NYS Department of Health/The AIDS Institute funds, in a carefully designed plan to end my housing subsidy. I have had belongings of mine taken from me without my permission, employees of The New York State Department of Health, The AIDS Institute and Options For Community Living located in Ronkonkoma, New York have violated the law on multiple occasions and/or have participated in highly inappropriate behavior. I filed formal complaints with the AIDS Institute. In particular, William Karchner, Special Investigator, who did nothing to help me or protect my rights. Below is a list of individuals that work for Option For Community Living who have either broken the law and/or participated in highly inappropriate behavior.
