"The experience here was disheartening. I came for a back-to-back appointment for an ultrasound and then blood work. I called 2 weeks later for the results and they said they had no record of me being there and doing blood work. What concerns me is the fact they were so eager to say I made up being there for an appointment and later down the line said oh looks like you were here for an ultrasound the same day you supposedly had blood work done. I asked to speak to a manager 2 different times with just a secretary calling me back both times. I also experienced unanswered questions before this incident and a very unprofessional first baby ultrasound that was unengaging and left me leaving in tears. This place also inserted an IUD and it came out causing the pregnancy I'm currently going through. I didn't make a big deal out of it since I felt blessed however financially I am not in a stable place. This clinic should be ashamed of themselves and I'm getting no support or needed help I advocate for respectfully. Now trying to get a new obgyn and they have not sent over my records and it has been 3 weeks. Please for the sake of your safety and sanity don't trust this clinic. Sending blessed vibes to all. I go here very often, I am about to deliver my 4th child and all but one were here (I hopped OBs because of bad care and bad offices until I came here) I have always been very pleased with all of the staff and medical team working here. They are fantastic. It's honestly a joy to have kids with this team. I drive here from Hamlin because I love it so much."

"While talking to multiple receptionists and being moved to different suites can be inconvenient and annoying, especially when your my chart says one suite but it's another, overall been pleased with the CNM's at this center."

"As a healthcare worker for over 16 years I was extremely disappointed in the staff here and would not recommend. I was not treated kindly here by the staff. I was spoken to very rudely and given false information regarding what " all insurance never cover" when I have the plan and know what my plan does and does not cover. This office could have easily called my insurance company to verify but instead decided speak argumentative with me which I felt was highly un professional. They pretty much blew off my concerns. And never returned my phone calls .I feel it just comes down to laziness in my opinion. I had higher expectations for a Rochester facility which is why I traveled a long distance to come here. However it was a true waste of my time. I have absolutely no complaints about the doctor as he was awesome. However as a nurse myself who has worked in a doctors office I know that nothing goes to the doctor without first going through the nurse or other medical support staff. And that is where the fault was. I have never felt so disrespected, and I was always nothing but polite while calling. Thankfully I found another office who's staff actually checked my insurance and realized" hey this procedure that usually isn't covered by MOSt insurance companies is actually covered by this onewwithout any precert. And 100% covered" instead of being rude and argumentative before they actually checked their facts. "."
