"As a chronically ill individual, I've seen many doctors in my lifetime and been to a number of specialists. This clinic is, by far, one of the best I've been to! Not only polite and courteous, the staff is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable (that goes for their secretaries too). Everyone seems to work together as a team to support one another. I had the distinct pleasure of seeing Dr. Margaret Connolly and, after just one visit, I refuse to go elsewhere. She was careful to explain things in simple terms and paid close attention to my concerns. Even though we haven’t found a solution to all of the issues, unlike with many of the other specialists I've seen, I still felt like I left with a plan and some answers. I highly recommend this group of specialists!"

"I work in public health, and one disparity is access to healthcare, which can be not having insurance or transportation, but I’ve never thought access would address administration/individuals working there. This is a shame. I have called MANY times, as I am in dire need for my elderly father to see a specialist as he has life threatening chronic conditions affecting his health. I have called even the doctor numbers on the website, left voicemails, asking for assistance, I have not heard a SINGLE response. Ironically the practice is down the street from my home, so one day I went there in person maybe I was calling the wrong place I thought. The lady told me yes she seen our doctor referral to the practice and was about to call me. I came right before closing, and the referral was sent over a week ago…… Anyways it didn’t matter as I thought now is my chance to seek help for my father, the lady then informed me because I wanted to see a certain specialist (ironically found looking for the number of this place) I would have to wait after the holiday on Monday and they will for sure call me that week. Guess what, it is that week. I have spent a month trying to get into this place because of the quality of doctors and location. Maybe they aren’t what they portray to be, I will just go somewhere else."

"From the moment you walk in and interact with the receptionist you feel like your cared for and valued as a patient. I was so impressed with how I was treated. Dr Trawick spent close to an hour with me and explained everything very clearly. He stepped out for a few minutes to discuss my health problem with his colleagues. They use a team approach so that you get the best care. I highly recommend this practice if your having pulmonary problems."

"As another reviewer pointed out, they charge as if you were in the hospital. I recently was there for a 30 min appointment. There are two test they give prior to seeing the doctor, I opted for just one of the tests, asking for the cheaper of the two tests. I still received a bill for almost nine hundred dollars! ... that is $900!! There was a facility charge on there for four hundred and thirty six dollars. That is insane! To see the doctor was three hundred and seventy five dollars and the actual breathing test was under 50 bucks! In addition to the insane and unnecessary fees, if you don't schedule your next appointment upon check-out, they will do it for you on your behalf. This way when you don't show up for an appointment you've never made, you get charged a no-show fee. I have already had to call twice in one month cancelling appointments they made for me, after requesting that they not make appointments on my behalf. This was before the medical bill even arrived. Be very aware of what you are getting yourself into before deciding to be a patient of theirs. They are a very shady practice."
