"Had to go in a second time because they lost my drug test I went in I walked up to the counter and the rude woman said can't you see I'm busy I got pappers in my hand and you didn't read the sign the sign says "wait here" when know one else was in line she wouldn't assist me until I looked at the sign that was behind me she said look at the sign like 6 times I rolled my eyes and she says don't you roll your eyes at me I will never go back to this place this rude woman should be fired for how she treated me and embarrassed me infront of the other people thay were waiting. She usually sits on the left when you enter hopefully someone's does something about it the rest of the staff seems friendly and kind"

"My son just recently had a drug follicle done here. Negative news received. I certainly can tell you with all certainty that this is wrong and someone screwed up in the lab. So i come here and see the reviews and it's not the first time this has happened. How does this place stay in business with all the horrible reviews? Who reviews this place? The county?"

"Slow, rude, and when I was first in line, they called other people to go up first. Awful hours, terrible staff and terrible location. Showed up one time a little bit before closing, and they sent me away. Would never recommend going here on your own accord, unless your job requires you to. Awful. This was all for a TB test."

"There was a line out the door and Jill was the only one checking people in. Jill is awesome and made the morning mess easier to deal with. I’m not sure why there was only one person to open. Seems like an issue in scheduling."

"I attempted to obtain a drug screen for a new job. I arrived at 1:20 on Saturday 6/17 and there was one person in the waiting room. I was told unfortunately I could not complete the drug test as they were short staffed. I then was told to try tomorrow but to call first. I called Sunday at 12:45 as they closed at 2:30 I coukd barely get my words out when I was told once again that unfortunately I could not obtain the drug screen again due to staffing issues and that I needed to try again Monday but to call first I didn't call I just came in and now I'm waiting to be seen. I may not be able to start my job on the set date as I am completing the drug test past the date requested but it was out of my control.This place is very unprofessional."
