"While I was searching for a new GP, I came across Dr. Guidice at this location. I researched so many GP, PAs, and practices before I was recommended this practice. She is the most caring, compassionate, honest and real doctor you’ll find. She listens and most of all, she does not judge! If you’re looking for a new office and you’re nervous or just in general overwhelmed, call and see if Dr. Guidice is taking on any patients. If not, I’m sure every doctor at this office will be just as great. The staff is fun and always polite. I’m not a huge review person, but if a doctor deserves it- I’ll always take the time to let the world know."
"My husband and I loved Dr. Grifa and were sad when she left. However, Dr. Parvan was great to both of us. She made the transition easy and got to know us. I would definitely recommend her and this office."
"I used to love this place. When Dr. Grifa was here... my first appt since she left and they are rude and short and the P.A had the audacity to tell me that Dr. GRIFA WASNT FOLLOWING THE RULES! Well let me tell you she was the ONLY ONE who was able to help me over the last 8 years. She listened, made a plan of attack and followed through with it! I found out she was leaving and have been anxiety ridden because no 9ther doctor I had listen to me! And after this pointless appointment I was told I have to have I see I am right back to where I was now that she is gone. Learn customer service. Read someone's file maybe they are a little short because they have had 3 appts in the last 4 days and you told her last minute she needed to make it in order to have her meds and you didn't even ask me about the med that caused this!!!! Learn about the patients like she did!"
"Dr.Grifa has always been caring, takes her time with you, listens to your concerns and goes over everything with you. I’m heartbroken that she has left. When you have a relationship with your Dr and they know everything about you and your care. Hoping that this will continue with the next Dr that takes over her patients. I also want to say the Office Staff are great people as well as the nurses. Great Office!"
"Every appointment is very rushed. If you don’t know what to ask for ahead of time, it won’t be addressed. They’ve also screwed up my refills a few times. The office staff were pretty friendly, but you can’t see a doctor if you’re sick anymore. Providers are always late for virtual appointments. Like 1-2 hours late. One time, I checked in with the secretary and the nurse and then the doctor NEVER called. I contacted the office about it and they never responded or addressed it with me. Then, the office sends me an after-visit summary for an appointment a few weeks later on my birthday. I did not schedule an appointment- and would never schedule one on my birthday. I wonder what the insurance company would think about that... I don’t think the office management knows what they’re doing. It’s eroding my confidence in the practice- which is tragic because it is very close to my home. If they start having office visits soon I’ll stay but in the meantime I’m going to look elsewhere. If it’s safe to go to the hospital with a mask on when you’re sick (or for a routine checkup), it’s safe to go to the doctor’s office."
