"They just collect money from the state and dont actually make any attempts to provide service. Absolutely terrible and disappointing that they are allowed to do this. Extremely disrespectful, poorly managed, with a lot of rude, narcissistic, self-righteous staff. They actively hate their clients and patients, as is evident by the way they treat them from from the first meeting. They are seemingly angry at people for wanting help, so they treat everyone that comes there like trash. They work against their patients best interests. For example, transportation that they offer never shows up. They make no attempts to fix their systemic problems, let alone acknowledge them. Most therapists and counselors working there are still in school and therefore havent even finished their training yet and it shows. They just grabbed the first, most inexperienced, people they could find to hire as they are cheaper than more experienced staff. It takes them weeks just to begin the process of signing you up as they are too busy and manage their time poorly. Its quite evident that they have no idea what they are doing. They dont actually provide any services at all ultimately. Its a shame they are allowed to continue to "operate" as they are actively doing a dis-service to the community. They should be replaced with a facility that actually has oversight and follows regulations instead of one thats management has allowed it to fall into such disarray that they no longer function for most of their clients. The workers there dont care about helping anyone and the management doesnt care about finding people that do. They will waste your time for months without actually providing any services, mental health or otherwise. There is also zero accountability because management is just as bad and doesnt care about the problems that plague them. They will simply gaslight you and blame anyone else but themselves instead of solving problems. Really unfortunate that this place is allowed to exist. Not worth anyones time as they arnt actually intent on helping anyone, sadly."

"25 Years my guy has been addicted. Finally, he asked for rehab and was all set to begin treatment. We were notified 2 days before his scheduled admission that there was a freeze, and patients were not being accepted. Great way to deal with Addicts, CASA!"
