"The staff was friendly. The 3 hor wait was horrendous. Went past my pharmacy hours. Didn't give me antibiotics anyway. Told me bacterial strep is rare, like 3%. I said it's still an infection. They said its probably viral and sent me on my way with a prescription for a cough suppressant. Huh? Went Monday to my primary. Guess what! It's strep. Thanks a lot. Your parking lot is dimly lit a maze."

"Both of the times I’ve been here the wait time is ridiculous. 5 hours the first time and 2 the second. Today, I called to ask a simple question which required a simple answer and they(the receptionist and a male nurse) were extremely rude. Had I not been so heated, I would have talked to a supervisor. Absolutely unacceptable behavior and very poor choice of words used by the male nurse. Highly unimpressed."

"Wait time is insane. Our pediatrician couldn’t see us, so we came here. I wish we didn’t. Waited an hour and a half to be seen, with 3 people ahead of us. The last 45 minutes were just me and my son in the waiting room, waiting for a doctor. The most “un-urgent” urgent care I’ve ever been to. The imaging receptionist is very rude as well."

"Worst experience ever. Went in because my leg had a sharp pain in it. My doctor told me to go there because he couldn't see me for a week. When I got there the told me that I should have went to my doctor and not there. I tried telling them that I couldn't wait that long and that I wanted to know why it hurts so badly. They told me that all they can do is prescribe medication and that there job is to tell me if I am dieing or not. Now after taking the steroids and pain releaver my arms are black and blue, they sting, my face feels like it is on fire and my leg still hurts. I wouldn't trust them to put a bandaid on a cut finger. I don't recommend going there."
