"They told us that walk ins aren't accepted because they're short staffed, but they can make me an appointment at 430. However it wouldn't be with a doctor, it would be a Telehealth appointment. Also, there were no patients in the building, and 3 employees in the back room hanging out. So I don't understand why I couldn't be seen. Seems to happen often with this location. Highly recommend that others go to the Urgent Care run by Strong instead."

"The lady up front was very kind and understanding, I'm sure she puts up with alot of negativity. She deserves to be recognized. That kiosk to sign in is not very user friendly they need to make it so you can just add your birthday not scroll through the month, day and year. I was extremely ill and could barely concentrate, just make it easier. Everyone else was kind and respectful. The doctor was wonderful"

"I was treated fairly promptly, everyone was very nice. I was examined, prescribed medications and was out the door in about an hour and a half. That's not bad for no appointment in the late afternoon. I felt the staff was professional, the exam room was clean and everything within the office seemed to run smoothly. The only thing I'd do differently is put up shades in the front desk waiting area. The sun was blasting in the windows and it was uncomfortably hot, I waited outside to be called in for my visit."

"Their lobby is freezing, only 7 chairs in the lobby. Staff do not care. Staff chat was loud. No tissue boxes. Staff does not check on anyone waiting. I had appointment at 10am. It is 11:20am. Still waiting to see someone in the lobby. Filthy floors. Blood splattered on the wall. Waited for another hour and 20 minutes to be seen by provider. Very disorganized place and rude nurse or tech that room me in the exam room. Awful experience . My health problem was adressed well. NP that saw me was very nice and experienced. Advice,Go to Rochester Regional Urgent Care."
