"Would give no stars if I could, since they provided no service. Checked in and waited over an hour while we watched all the people who came in after us get called back by the nurse. When I inquired I was told there was one more person ahead of us - there was only one more person in the waiting room. We left without being seen. The girls at the front desk couldn’t have cared less, and were busy on their cell phones most of the time."

"if i could give a 0 star review i would. I went there waited about four hours just for what I thought was an ankle bone bruise they x rayed me and told me it was broken. It was my first break so naturally I was nervous. The nurse acted really negative towards me they put me in a knee length splint cast and crutches and wheeled me out in a wheelchair we went to the orthopedist the next day. in pain from the cast only to be told it was tendon damage and a sprain. so yeah terrible last 24 hours"

"Wife got a TB test the other day, so today we went to get the results, which is just them seeing if your arm is bumpy by the injection. We checked in and waited... And waited... Over 2 hours. Then I noticed people that arrived an hour or so after us getting called. So I went up and asked when we were in the que... And oops apparently without a real excuse turns out we were skipped... So they finally call us up after I tell them how long we've waited. They look at her arm and say she's good to go. Also they didn't even sign the test result form correctly... I would just go somewhere else"

"Horrible service. Waited in the exam room over an hour while patients who came in after me signed in and were seen and discharged. Providers and staff completely ignored me when when when when when I came out to seewhat was taking so long. I asked the nurse if they forgot about me and she said I was next. Waited another 20 minutes and decided to leave. Will never go here again. Should have listened to the other reviews and went elsewhere."

"I had to get a Covid PCR test done for work so I came here and it honestly blow my expectations. The staff was extremely friendly and both the nurse and PA I saw were fantastic. Unfortunately I don’t remember the nurses name but she was extremely sweet and even said to me that she hoped I feel better soon as she left when she got my vitals. Alexa Watt was the PA that saw me and she was on top of her game. She did the test very fast and efficiently and even wrote up a doctors note for me when I mentioned that I needed a PCR test for work. I really had a great experience even though I was feeling sick so thank you Rochester Regional immediate care staff for making feel better when I was there for a Covid test!"
