"I'm only giving 2 starts because of the receptionist. She was nice. But once I got back into the room, you can tell the physician felt like I was lying about my pain and my whole situation."
"Terrible practice. Do not waste your time or money asking them for care. My daughter was so sick, went on Christmas. They were miserable that they were working that day. Unfortunate, but they could take pride in helping sick people on a holiday and look at Christmas that way. Nope. Spent money on a high deductible plan, urgent care visit, received no medication for horrible cough. Rapid strep was negative, then 2 days later received positive strep non group A results. Which is not typically treated, unless patient is maintaining terrible symptoms that aren’t improving, such was the case with my daughter. They would not prescribe any medication with updated test results . Ultimately our daughter’s primary doctor prescribed her something, and agreed that it was the urgent care’s responsibility to fully see her treatment through. They did not. When I called, they have music/TV blasting in the background waiting room, and then yell at you , “ma’am I can’t hear you”. Absolutely the most unprofessional practice I have ever encountered. Don’t waste your time or money! Miserable people!"
"All staff was really nice. Everyone in the waiting room were wearing masks (which was really good because covid still is around). There was masks and hand sanitizer if you needed it. Took me quickly considering I was the 6th (that I could tell) to be called in, out of those waiting. Clean place."
"I recently went in for a head injury and was diagnosed with a concussion. They told me to call the concussion clinic to make an appointment for follow up care. I called the clinic and they told me that immediate care never sent a referral. When I called to see if they could send a referral no one ever answered the phone. I called another location and they answered and whips transfer me over but no one ever answered. Avoid this urgent care if possible."
"On Friday 7/14 I rolled in with my 83-year old mom at 8 pm complaining of a UTI pain. While it was late, the staff took their time and made a challenging time so smooth. they stayed past closing to ensure the best possible care for mom. With a true care in their hearts and a great sense of humor the team handled things deftly. Shout out and job well done to Lauren (PA), Fallon (LPN), Essen (RN) and Sandy (Registration). Chili office will now be the go-to location for all Mom's urgent care needs."
