"This place use to be so great. My children, husband, and I are all patients. I'm currently switching my doctors office after being their patient for almost 10 years. Just too many screw ups on their end and then constantly blaming it on us. The receptionist are so rude and can't take responsibility to their own mistakes. Not to mention if you are on any controlled substance they will make you feel like a drug junkie anytime you call for your refill. They once messed up my urine screen because they didn't label the cup first, I had to threaten to sue them before they changed their mind and admitted to accidentally switching it with someone else's, who was on a different controlled substance. They almost were just going to kick us off our medication rather than admit to it. My youngest child has been sick since birth, she's now 1. They let my baby go 4 months weighing 10 pounds and failure to thrive because they wouldn't listen to me and they thought I was starving her. She has an allergy to dairy we've found out a few months ago but that is only one example of all the things they've lagged on with my baby and her medical issues. Today was the first time I've ever screamed at a receptionist in my life. They've messed up my husband's last 5 drs appointments that have been scheduled. He works seasonally and needs to get in before his season starts back up bc he works longer than they're open. Well this morning Amy decided to tell me that we missed his appointment even tho it was supposed to be yesterday, I wrote it down on the calendar while we were rescheduling it for the 5th time. We went in yesterday 9am she says oh your appointment is tomorrow you are one day ahead. So my husband goes to come in today. You missed your appointment (with a rotten attitude) it was at 7:45 am and I told you that yesterday. I lost it, I cannot do this anymore. I don't know what happened to this place but its not worth it if you are able to go to a different location."

"Tri county minds is one of the finest Dr. Office I have ever been to . Dr. Whitman is one of the best he reserches your problem and address it properly and the office is extremely friendly ,kind,and professional."

"Absolutely useless service. Every time I go, no matter how simple an issue, I am told to go elsewhere. And still have to pay for nothing, obviously. If you can't do ANYTHING why are you even a doctor's office?? If I can't use you because you're local and help me with small problems, why bother? I always have to go to the big hospital to get anything done anyway. Pity too, because the staff is quite nice."

His ability to meet his patients emotionally where ever they r at makes his ability give the necessary physical care. His excellent office staff r a reflection of him.
