"Clerical and clinical staff are very poorly trained on how to deal personally with children and their families. Beware as they rush to judgement and make reports to CPS concerning truly ridiculous comments or weird places bruises on a child. Giving the parents a humiliating third degree and still placing a report with CPS sighting they are mandated reporters. Please let’s not forget, if you happen to owe $5 or $10 on a co-pay, they will hunt you down like a sniper! If you don’t pay or disagree with the charges, they drop your child from the practice with no issue. They are NOT worth it! They have lost their greatness over the years. Find somewhere else that respects you as a parent and who treats your child like a child not a PAYCHECK!"

"They are so unprofessional. We had an appointment today. So we showed up and they said our appointment has been canceled. The reason they said that they have called us and we said to cancel the appointment. But we didn’t received any call from them. In fact, we replied yes to the automated text message that we are coming to the appointment. I’m little concerned now to go there again."

"I am currently switching doctors and had done a consult with Dr. Tony Vitrano to get a feel for the practice. He seemed to be a very good fit for our family, however the office staff are not! Theyve been very rude, disrespectful and 'forgetful'. They have "put our file to the side" delaying the process to get files transferred from previous pediatrician, they refused to see my sick child because I couldn't prove she had covid within 90 days (our whole house had it when everyone had it and the county couldn't keep up with paper work) . I've been forced to take her to a pediatric urgent care , who have been great. I took her twice within a couple days. I called pediatrician to touch base with them and nurse gave the WORST ATTITUDE to me and chuckled after her file was pulley up stating "what can I do for you, I see you've been to urgent care but what can I do for you". This is just a sample of how rude and disrespectful this office has been!!! Do not join this practice!!!!!!"

"While the PAs and NPs are wonderful to work with, the rest of the office is nothing short of difficult. One of our first visits with Dr. Laurie I felt shamed for choosing to nurse my child and the fact that she was petite (but gaining). With the exception of the PA Jamie, there is little to no support for those mothers who choose to nurse their children. Fast forward to 3 years, I have waited over 6 weeks to have our records transferred to a new office without any explanation as to why it has taken this long despite being promised of it "taking only a week" and frequent checking in by both myself and our new practice. Time and time again, this office has proved to be outdated and ill- equipped to handle the needs of parents and children."
