"Have been to see Dr one time in Oct. 2019...had pap, things were good.. Thought I had a uti after thinking I was in menopause. Think I got my period. I had three calls into office, not once did anyone call me back. I was prescribed a AB and never told. I was never seen.. Staff so unprofessional.. Will be leaving office"

"I had a medical emergency and they would not see me because I was late (in which I called) and they told me to just come in, since I’m already on my way. I’m coming all the way from Niagara Falls to Elma NY, never been here before, but choose Dr. Laura Rayner because she did come highly recommended is affiliated with Oshei Buffalo Children’s Hospital and they are the best! Then I was going to reschedule for Thursday after the nurse said it was available, all for the receptionist to say it wasn’t. I get I was late but some circumstances should be handled period. Really how much time would it had took for her to tell me my levels, how much effort. I’m kind of glad I got to see this side from this group, before them taking over my care. What if my situation was worse? But I guess I’m just another name to them, and all lives doesn’t matter."

"New woman named Karen should be fired. First off they had her as a nurses aid. She supplied my doctor with the wrong IUD. Now they have her as a receptionist & she couldn't figure out how to take a credit card payment. Prob will be looking for new OBGYN"

"They cannot honor an appointment time to save their life. Also, they do not have a very friendly staff. Avoid."
