"This is the worst place you could go for endocrinology. You will wait over an hour past your scheduled time. You will be greeted by miserable staff and don’t bother using the portal because you’ll never hear back. Don’t waste your time."

"Been waiting for 45 min..appt was at 10:15 . It's now 11. They seem a bit disconnected in terms of timely rotations of patient appointments. My question is with all these negative reviews why isn't Kaleida correcting the issue? After all this office is under the Kaleida Corporation. Maybe a good suggestion would be to hire more people? Also could be not to be so picky on who they hire. Train people that have a great personality, that are organized to do the job. And at the very least develop a timely rotational monitoring schedule for all the patients coming in so they're leaving satisfied and in a timely manner."

"Horrible front desk service, AMAZING nurses, especially Mary!! This place NEVER answers phone calls in a timely manner. Whenever I call my message always has to be sent to a nurse who receives the message 2 weeks later. I had an appointment set up but then all of a sudden it wasn’t on file anymore. Finally got in and the nurses were awesome and did everything they needed to make sure I got my test done correctly!"

"The staff here are extremely unprofessional. Specifically the front desk staff. When asking any sort of question you are met with an attitude and told so sit down. I understand doctors offices are busy but there is no need to treat your patients like they are an annoyance. Do better"

"5 times now i have called to reschedule my appointment. I have left messages and have not been contacted as of yet. If you call the office you can just about count on having to leave a message because they NEVER answer the phone. Seems like the quality of care has declined significantly in the past few months."
