"if I can give them zero stars I would. They may have great therapists but never got that far---did their online form with all my info--they said they would get back within 24 hours--since I did it on Sunday I waited til Tuesday afternoon to call them back---got voice mail left a detailed message. waited until today Friday morning because I got no call back. So I had a friend go out of their way to drive me there. Walked in and waited at reception. A women at the desk looked at me 3 times said nothing because she was talking to another employee who also just looked at me. No hold on one moment or how can I help you? Third strike. I walked out and I wasted a week trying to give them my business. I got your response on here so my follow up is---no one ever called me its my cell phone did they dial the correct area code or just lying. i wasnt looking for a smile just an acknowledgement and as this was my 3rd time yes I stormed out and i did use an adult response because I did not get the so called respect you say I should have given. So to say i was rude yes only AFTER not getting said acknowledgement. If this was my first time trying to make an appointment, then OK but this was my 3rd attempt. So I will go somewhere else"

"i contacted Trilogy because of Sciatic nerve pain. I could hardly walk or stand upright. Sleep was a problem due to the pain. The healing process took longer than I expected. Dr. Nickolas Kehoe was very patient with me. He is understanding and is very knowledgeable. I now have an exercise protocol that helps me continue to improve my mobility. I would recommend this group of therapists to anyone who will listen. They are kind and efficient. I now have my life back. THANKS Nick"

"Great Physical Therapy Facility!!! Great DPT's as well! I am a repeat patient. Started with Orthosports/now Trilogy several years ago. I was having some pretty debilitating Sciatica. I was scheduled for an unrelated surgery in a week. Dr. Peter helped get my back better so I would be able to have my surgery more comfortably. The Sciatica has never returned since. My 2nd time with Orthosports/now Trilogy, was after a fall in which I herniated/ruptured 5-6 Cervical disks. I went through a series of PT sessions, but was told by my doctor that I would likely need surgery eventually on my neck. I have not even come close to feeling the need to have neck surgery, thanks to Orthosports/now Trilogy. I've had 2 bouts of Frozen Shoulder in the last handful+ years. The most recent with nerve entanglement which was a similar pain to Sciatica, except shoulder & arm. Dr Craig, with some help from Dr. Nick (Dr Steve, Dr Donna & some wonderful other Dr's & Staff) got me through it. I was able to work & get my shoulder mobility back. I just finished up a treatment plan with Dr Craig & Dr Nick for some hip issues (Bursitis) & am feeling so much better. I wholeheartedly recommend Orthosports/now Trilogy & their wonderful DPT's & staff. I have recommended them to family & friends. They care about your mobility & pain and will do everything they can to get you on your way & keep you mobile. They are so knowledgeable as well. Thank you Orthosports/Now Trilogy! I truly appreciate all the effort & time you have put into to keeping me mobile and out of pain!!!"

"I have been a patient at the Clarence location over the past 2 years for chronic health issues & most recently was seen following a fall at home, injuring my right knee. Nick was my therapist and he developed a program for me that helped resolve the pain & strengthened both my legs/knees. It was so helpful to receive his guidance & know I was making progress. Many of the exercises I was taught can be done at home & don't require any expensive equipment. I can't say enough about the Clarence site ~ the staff is so friendly & helpful ~ no problem making appointments or using any of the exercise equipment. If your insurance covers Silver Sneakers membership, you can use it here as well. Parking is easy & safe."

"I have so many positive emotions about this place. I even don't know what I should start off with. First of all: I met great people who truly care about my wellness. Let's start with a front desk receptionist (patient Liaison) regional referral coordinator Kim is such a beautiful and friendly woman, she would help you to get an appointment and talk to your insurance, she is always nice and smiley. My physical therapist Doctor Craig Young is very professional and knowledgeable. He helped me so much to recover from my surgery and for 12 visits get me strong enough that I returned to work with not restrictions. He is very positive, easy to talk with, understandable person I have ever met. I would recommend this place to everyone who needs physical therapy."
