"While Matt and Alex are not witch doctors, curing everyone of anything (I know, I did feel a little disappointment to learn this), they are both very knowledgeable and I feel they really helped my frozen shoulder. They gave me great tips for strengthening exercises and showed me one on one how to do them and do them correctly so as not to inflame it. I'm still doing exercises at home to keep up the strength and hopefully avoid this in the future. I highly recommend "One on One" for anyone looking for a small and effective PT facility.
