The root canal I had was done in one visit with a cap created right in the office.Dr Flanagan is very gifted.I can’t say enough about the practice..over the years I have moved further away from the practice but it’s worth the drive for the care I.receive."

"I have to say being in the patient care service myself I was treated very poorly by office staff Kris. I was called a “liar” after explaining why I missed a patient appointment and held to what I said in a responding text. I was then rudely asked “well then are you going to pay your bill?” “And well that’s what you said in your text that you would pay it.” I was so taken back and dumb founded. Of course I would pay my bill for missing an appointment. She then abruptly hung up on me! I immediately called back and spoke with Kris again. I explained you abruptly hung up on me. She responded well you weren’t talking. I asked to speak with the manager and she responded “oh ya ok I’ll speak with her.” No care, no apology. I asked to speak with the dentist and I Was told he was not in today. I feel like this is just going to be swept under the rug as if I don’t matter as a patient. All mind you over a 50 dollar payment for a missed appointment. Poor customer care service from office staff. No apology, no sincere felt heart apology of my reason why I missed the appointment. All I got was “You lied.”"
