"I do not recommend going here. When I asked to switch my in person appointment to a video chat since covid is still present and I don’t feel comfortable being immune compromised, I was told it was no problem. I then ever got a call. When calling the office the front desk was so rude and hung up on me. I then get a letter in the mail saying I’m dropped from the practice. Don’t waste your time. They don’t care for their patients This was the location in Williamsville"

"This office dismissed me because they said they didn’t have the ability to treat me. I have narcolepsy. What kind of sleep doctor can’t treat narcolepsy? They didnt refer me to anyone else nor tell me why they felt this was beyond their scope. The odd thing is they gave absolutely no indication of this during my last appointment and I got a letter several weeks later stating they “didn’t have the ability to care for my current problems”. Not sure how a sleep doctor is incapable of treating narcolepsy. But they also screwed up my sleep test too and then couldn’t get the insurance to cover repeating it, so I wouldn’t recommend this practice. Very disappointed."
