"Great experience with the PA we saw. She was so kind and compassionate when my son started throwing up when she came in. She gave him some meds and waited for them to kick in before swabbing him for strep. I can’t say enough good things about her."

"Upon arrival and checking in we were seen very quickly. It was late at night and we were in and out within about 45 minutes. All of the staff were very friendly and personable. The best thing was that an antibiotic was prescribed and they gave my son a dose right there before leaving so that I didn't have to scramble to find an open pharmacy with a sick and tired kid in tow and we could just go home. Very impressed overall!"

"I like that it’s a place specifically geared towards children. Usually we don’t have a horrible time getting in especially because we always make an appointment ahead of time. Unfortunately though, this time we made an appointment for 7:20. It said to show up a little early to ensure our appointment so we showed up right around 7. We ended up in the waiting room until 8. People who walked in were taken before us even with our appointment set and my son hacking a lung and with a fever in the waiting room. When we got there the room was packed and by the time I asked the lady at the front desk what was going on there was only about 2 of us left. The wait list said there were like 13 walk ins and 3 appointments and somehow by the time we got in pretty much all the walk ins were taken before us. The front desk lady even seemed confused when she told me somehow people were taken before us even though we were supposed to be next in line at 7:20. The appointment thing needs to be improved, people with an appointment should definitely take priority at least a tiny bit. Other than that the staff is great and my son is always greatly cared for once out of the waiting room"
