"I needed a referral from Dr. Scheihk for my mammogram, arrived at Windsong for my appt. no referral had to reschedule, called Dr. Scheikh's office, referral was to be sent, day of my 2nd appt with Windsong I decided to call before I arrived to make sure referral was there, no referral, fax number was reiterated and I called Scheikh's office again, this time gal tells me I need to schedule an appt first as Dr. Scheikh will not send referral, I explain I was at his office in February she says that was for another matter, I explain or try to that this will be a 3rd time trying to have a mammogram, no appt no referral"

"Avoid Dr. Sheikh and Lakeshore Family Medicine if at all possible. Although the doctor's diagnosis and treatment plans are usually reasonable, he is incredibly rude. He is abrupt and easily agitated. His office can also be difficult to deal with. Phone calls are put on hold for long periods or simply not answered. They have made significant errors when completing forms. It can take multiple requests to have a prescription filled properly."
