"absolutely stellar experience here from reception, to initial tests, to overall care. I experience eye fatigue whee my eyes can't focus from short to long distances and the issue was found and neurolenses were ordered to solve the issue. there was absolutely no pressure to get these lenses nor spend any unnecessary money. everything was thoroughly explained repeatedly and everyone was extremely helpful. it seems like there is a receptionist, an assistant, the Dr., and the person who helps you with measurements and frames thereafter. every single person spent time with me, were kind, and informative. can't recommend this place enough."

"Dr. Cassata is amazing! We moved to the island a couple years ago and started going to Island Family. We have had great experiences but it wasn’t until I had an eye emergency that I gained true appreciation for Dr. Cassata. She was so thorough and took great care of me. She did an amazing job explaining everything and making sure I received the best treatment. She even let my kids look at my eyes while she was examining them. We recently took them there for the first time for their eye exam and the whole staff was great with them! Dr. Cassata answered all of their questions (even the silly ones) and really took her time with them. She again let them look at each others eyes while she was examining them. Even if you don’t live on the island you need to come here!"

"I am very satisfied with the tests performed, and the professionalism of the tests. Dr. Adrienne Cassata explained everything clearly and concisely so that I had a good understanding of my eye health. However, I wasn't able to get a spare sample of contacts from them because I hadn't ordered contacts through them. I was not ready to make a decision with any lens distributor. I am stuck now with an old prescription that is not good for my eyes. I can't help but assume that this is because they want money. It does not feel good to be treated like a source of money, and not a patient that they would help in any circumstance."
